The hotel is ideally situated, just blocks away from major attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Broadway. The cozy atmosphere and delightful dining options, especially at Barlines, made my stay enjoyable. However, I encountered some issues with noise from neighboring venues and the inconvenience of paying for basic business services that I expected to be complimentary. Overall, while the location and staff were great, there were a few aspects that could use improvement for the price I paid.
